InventHelp – Does It Really Work?

The mission of Invent Help is to help you find commercial success with your invention. They take a hard look at your invention, asking difficult questions, and finding gaps in the market. The world is already crowded with similar inventions, and it’s difficult to stand out from the crowd. InventHelp looks for innovations that fill those gaps.

InventHelp is a business entity

InventHelp is a business entity that will help you develop an invention into a product. It does so in exchange for a fee. However, there are some things that you should know before you get involved. The first thing you need to do is to decide what the legal requirements are. It is important to understand that you need to be careful about the legalities and costs involved. Once you have decided on the legalities, you can then start the process of developing a product prototype.

InventHelp will assist you in many ways, from creating a 3D prototype to marketing your invention to retailers. They will also refer you to a patent attorney if needed. They can also assist you in finding a graphic designer and help you create a press release.

It helps inventors market their inventions

One of the most important things an inventor must do when trying to sell their invention is to protect their intellectual property. This is the best way to protect your creation, and Invent Help can help you with that process. This service also provides patent attorneys to help you protect your invention. Patent attorneys are crucial to the process of launching a successful invention.

Invent Help also works with inventors to market their inventions. The services that they offer allow inventors to better explain their ideas and explain why their ideas are useful. Invent Help can also assist in marketing the invention by putting the inventor in touch with the appropriate people and companies.

It provides a virtual invention presentation

If your invention is in the process of development, you may want to consider a Virtual Invention Presentation. This tool uses computer-generated animation and 3D renderings to help you explain what your idea is and why it’s useful. It can also be sent to interested manufacturers and investors. This service is an excellent tool to help you market your invention.

Using a virtual presentation is a great way to show your invention to companies. Invent Help allows inventors to show their ideas to companies without having to travel. This eliminates the need to hold an event and costs associated with meeting people in person.

It charges for its services

Invent Help charges for its services but it doesn’t deliver on its promises. Customers were swayed into paying thousands of dollars for its services, but Invent Help failed to live up to its promises and cheated them. It claims to have a database of 9,000 companies, but in reality, the database contains information from defunct companies and non-operational businesses. This is a blatant lie and the company should be sued.

While Invent Help does not disclose its fees on its website, two-year agreements range from $800 to $10,000. The price depends on the marketing plan and the services used. InventHelp charges a fee, and it takes a percentage of the profits.

It is a lawsuit against InventHelp

The lawsuit alleges that InventHelp has violated several laws, including the American Inventors Protection Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Additionally, the company has been accused of fraudulent practices and misrepresentation. The plaintiff also alleges that the company failed to deliver on its promise to send invention idea  to interested companies.

The lawsuit accuses Invent Help of defrauding would-be inventors by charging them thousands of dollars for marketing and worthless advice. A highly credentialed New York University law school graduate, Julie Perchersky Plitt filed the first class action against InventHelp in June 2018. She was contacted by a disgruntled InventHelp customer and spent months researching the company.
